Contact Information If you want to send an e-mail to us about a problem with your order, do so at the support contact towards the bottom of the page. If it is a technical problem you are experiencing (game crashes or freezes) I'm afraid we no longer provide any technical support for the games. It's most likely software (or spyware) you have installed on your computer disrupting the game. Download spybot to check for and remove bad software, and uninstall anything you don't need anymore. If your e-mail isn't answered, please re-send it. Remember that if you use correct spelling and grammar your message has a better chance of being understood, and thus answered. Please, please, send us messages in English only. Also, if you send us a message we might need to ask you some other questions in order to help you, so don't send us a message if you are not going to answer any of our additional questions. We will NOT provide you with any graphics/music from any of the games, so please don't ask. We also will not respond to questions involving how to defeat or pass certain parts of the games. DO NOT SEND ADVERTISEMENTS UNDER PENALTY OF LAW We are currently in the process of determining what will be done with all of the old pac-guy/pea-guy games, and are at the moment no longer supporting them.
